In 3 hours of online video conferencing, we make you and your team fit for the new challenge.
Participation is simple via browser and only requires a laptop / tablet with camera and microphone.

How do we work together as a team now?

The manager provides orientation.

For example: “We meet every day at 10 am for a virtual stand-up meeting via the ZOOM app – so we can all see each other, stay in touch and plan the day”.

AT THE IT LEVEL

On the factual level, it is now a matter of ensuring that your team quickly reaches its performance level, or that the loss of performance is kept to a minimum.

Here it is important to initially specify procedures – who does what and how?

Which communication channels do we use? For what do we use the telephone, for what a video platform like ZOOM or BlueJeans?

Later on, the team can get involved and adapt the procedures together.

THE I LEVEL

For all employees, the current situation – i.e. not only the switch to remote working, but also their personal situations regarding their family and their own health and concern for older relatives – is a major issue.

Here it is a matter of supporting colleagues and having an open ear and addressing them if necessary.
