High-performing, sustainable, digital

Sustainability reporting and carbon strategies

Germany committed itself to reaching the 1.5° target and transforming to a carbon-neutral society in the Paris Climate Agreement. Europe aims to be the first continent with a net CO2-free economy in 2050. Each company will need a rigorous plan to remove carbon from its own business.

Your sustainability report allows you to monitor the impact of your efforts in detail and to determine how you are contributing to the climate targets. In addition, the sustainability report is an important tool for communicating with and involving internal and external stakeholders.

We design a consulting process that guides you to the sustainability monitoring, reports and CO2 strategies that are relevant for your company.

Together with the experts from our partner Terra Institute, we provide you with the right tools and certification processes.

Carbon strategies
at company level

The tool calculates a company’s annual CO2 emissions and then shows possible ideas for reducing them. Companies can consequently become climate-neutral – and link up with other companies if necessary.

Online materiality matrix

An online-based stakeholder dialogue that quickly and efficiently reveals the essential issues for a company in the context of sustainability.

Terra future strategy

This tool gives companies the opportunity to submit their existing business models to a special strategy check – agile, digital, participative. Different questions are asked, giving rise to different answers and objectives. The tool is ideal for CEOs and board members. It helps them to put sustainability on the strategic agenda – a new strategy cockpit, so to speak.

Based on 6 pillars, the tool visualizes and simulates a company’s “house of sustainability”. It integrates existing certificates (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, SA8000, etc.) and makes it possible to involve suppliers in the sustainability process.
